Shipping and Delivery Terms – Beds & Beyond

Our delivery process is simple – just place your order online and we will process it and be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery day and time. We offer door to door service – ensuring your order gets to you safely. We will never leave your order on the footpath or outside your home. Our delivery drivers will place your furniture where you want it. For a small extra fee, we can also assist with assembly or removal or your old furniture – just let us know in your order notes, or when we get in touch to arrange your delivery.

• Same Day Delivery: Only for products in stock – Call to check the availability and place your order before 4 pm the day before.
• Standard delivery is based on postcode. The standard delivery time is from 9 am to 4 pm with a 4hrs window. Our driver will call 1hr prior to the delivery.
• Book Your Specific Time (Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday From 9 am – 4 pm, 4hrs window)
• Australian Made Products: Waiting Period from 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
• Delivery Waiting Period depends upon the availability of goods. Once we received the order, we will process it within 3 days times and will let you know the availability.
• For the items in stock, we can deliver within 7 days.
• Professional delivery service
